Job Title: Slinger in Eldoret, Kenya

Our company based in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a skilled Slinger to join our team. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving heavy objects on construction sites or shipping yards.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Slinger
- Proficient in Nepali and English
- Must have own valid visa and work permit
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and attach lifting gear to loads using slings, chains, and cables
- Direct crane operators to move loads to desired locations
- Ensure safe movement of objects by signaling crane operators with hand signals or radio systems
- Monitor and maintain proper tension on lifting equipment
- Communicate with other workers to coordinate tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on site

Salary: $1500 per month
