Team Lead - Faisalabad, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This role is suitable for men and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance
- Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and goals
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month.
