Contract Moderator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Your role will also involve reviewing user-generated content, responding to inquiries, and providing support to community members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate online communities, forums, and social media platforms
- Enforce company policies and guidelines
- Review user-generated content for appropriateness
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to community members
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in community engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community moderation

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of online communities, forums, and social media platforms
- Ability to enforce policies effectively while maintaining a positive tone in interactions with community members
- Familiarity with current trends in online communication and community management
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
