Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on the platform, ensuring it adheres to our community guidelines
- Engage with community members in a respectful and professional manner to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise
- Respond to user inquiries and provide support as needed
- Collaborate with other moderators and team members to continuously improve the community experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation
- Identify potential risks or violations within the community and take appropriate action
- Help develop and implement new policies or procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in online moderation or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive situations
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours if needed
