Construction Manager
Our construction company in Sofia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and be highly motivated and organized. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring quality control. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients are essential. This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 and is open to Egyptian and Nepali candidates with fluency in English. Freshers with relevant degrees will also be considered.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Primavera P6)
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control on projects
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and schedules, ensuring they are met within budget
- Manage project budgets and costs, including negotiating contracts with vendors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
