We are in search of a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network and computer systems to ensure maximum efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability for all users.
- Identify and resolve any network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new network solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend improvements for the network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate procedures and tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark or SolarWinds.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with accommodation.
