Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Washington. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, including budgeting, staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Ensure high levels of customer service by monitoring staff performance and addressing any issues promptly
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary to ensure proper stock levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and customer service techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred but not required
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
This position is open to candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines. English proficiency is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
