Surveyor - Property and Land Management
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Salary: $1700 per month


As a Surveyor specializing in property and land management, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and assessing properties to determine their value and potential use. You will work closely with clients, government agencies, and other professionals to provide accurate information and advice on land use, development, and investment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of properties using various methods such as field measurements, mapping, and data analysis
- Analyze data and prepare reports on the physical characteristics of a property including boundaries, topography, vegetation, and structures
- Assess the value of properties based on market trends, location, size, and potential for development or investment
- Provide recommendations to clients on the best use of their property based on zoning regulations and market demand
- Collaborate with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals for land development projects
- Work with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and lawyers to ensure compliance with legal requirements and project specifications
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, laws, regulations, and technological advancements related to property surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property surveying or land management
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and other professionals effectively
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws related to property surveying in Croatia is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Zagreb. You may be required to work outside regular office hours depending on project deadlines. Some travel within Croatia may also be necessary.
