Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns. You will also be responsible for creating reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with data analytics tools. This is an English-speaking position open to Kenyan nationals, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available. This is an urgent role, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets using data analytics tools
- Identify trends and patterns in the data
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs
- Develop strategies for improving data collection, processing, and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information efficiently
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
