We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, USA. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of buildings and structures while ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to building codes
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and finance to support business development efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
