Team Lead - Utena

As a Team Lead in our company, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve our business objectives. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and project delivery, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of our company's products/services and be able to provide guidance and training to your team members as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of individuals towards achieving project targets
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of our company's products/services
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams towards achieving business objectives

Salary: 900$ per month
