A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to assist in the construction and maintenance of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to project requirements and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members to coordinate movements and tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Complete daily work reports and maintain accurate records of equipment usage

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
