Crane Operator



As a Crane Operator at our construction site in Gujrat, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials. You will also ensure the safety of all workers and equipment while completing assigned tasks. This position requires previous experience as a crane operator and the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Lift, move, and position materials using various types of cranes
- Communicate with ground personnel via hand signals or two-way radio
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and maintenance activities
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operations
- Ensure the safety of all workers in the vicinity of the crane
- Follow proper rigging procedures for lifting heavy materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator in construction or similar field
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret load charts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience operating multiple types of cranes (mobile, tower, overhead)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for crane operations

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
