Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Remish, Philippines. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities.

Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will also be involved in estimating project costs, preparing project schedules, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial building codes and regulations. You should also possess excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Knowledgeable in industrial building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with benefits such as free accommodation and visa sponsorship.
