CNC Operator



We are hiring a skilled CNC operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of computer numerical control machines to perform precision machining tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating CNC machines and be able to read technical drawings and blueprints. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Zagreb or are willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load materials into machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably in the same industry
- Knowledge of G-code programming and operating controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and lifting during production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
