IT Manager - Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Oversee the budget for IT projects and purchases
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
