We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main role will be to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Assist customers with their purchases by guiding them through the online ordering process
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website or online ordering system
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through social media platforms to promote our products and services
- Keep track of customer interactions and provide regular reports on customer feedback and inquiries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication channels
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism
