Machine Operator

Our manufacturing company in Bayan is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining various types of machines, such as lathes, mills, drills, and grinders. They should also possess strong technical skills and be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Operate machines to produce parts within designated tolerances
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with various types of machines (lathe, mill, drill, grinder)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Previous experience is not required, but candidates must have their own visa.
