Sales Manager - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team to achieve company targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through effective communication and networking
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the Indian market or working with Indian clients
- Fluent in English (Hebrew or other languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Israel (own visa)
