We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that all staff members are performing their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Maintain a positive working relationship with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage food costs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings when necessary
