We are seeking a skilled Dismantler to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing components from various structures, equipment, and machinery. This position requires physical strength and technical know-how to safely and efficiently dismantle objects.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble objects using hand tools, power tools, and cutting torches
- Remove and sort salvageable materials for recycling or reuse
- Operate heavy machinery such as cranes or forklifts to assist with dismantling process
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a related field preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools effectively
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them strictly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
