We are in search of a skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our team in developing cutting-edge mobile applications for our clients. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly and efficient mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance of the application
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews
- Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in the Android development field
- Continuously improve application performance, security, and user experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Android Developer
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other programming languages used for Android development
- Strong understanding of Material Design guidelines and best practices for mobile application development
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, UI/UX standards, and push notifications
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-platform development tools such as React Native or Flutter
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Published at least one mobile application on the Google Play Store
