We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Washington! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company recipes
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with their orders
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment with care and efficiency
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to proper cash handling procedures
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
