Office Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
We are hiring an Office Assistant for our company in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate should be a Pakistani national with excellent English speaking skills and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in office administration is preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply. The salary offered for this position is 1100$ per month and accommodation will be provided.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing office supplies, and maintaining files and records. You will also assist in scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
