We are hiring a Concierge to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's front desk and providing exceptional customer service to all guests. Your main duties will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and approachable demeanor. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

As this is a full-time position, you must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and opportunities for career growth within the company.

While previous experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates without prior experience who are willing to learn on the job. We do not provide accommodation for this position, so we prefer applicants who already reside in Utena or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
