Concierge for a Hotel in Utena, Canada


We are currently hiring a Concierge for our hotel located in Utena, Canada. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring all their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations and arrangements for guests such as booking tours, transportation, and restaurant reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events, local activities, and dining options in the area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and welcoming at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
