Part-time Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's computer network and systems, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and implementing necessary upgrades or improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Manage user accounts and access rights on the network.
- Maintain data backup systems to ensure data security.
- Install and configure new servers and software as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify areas for improvement in network infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
- Experience with server administration in Windows or Linux environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided so we prefer candidates who already have their own visa. This is an urgent role so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
