Heavy Equipment Operator


We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Sheduva. As an operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will work on construction sites and be involved in a range of tasks such as moving materials, grading land, and digging trenches. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will also be provided for international candidates. Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks such as grading, excavating, and trenching
- Move materials using loaders or other equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy equipment skillfully and safely
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, etc.)
- Familiarity with construction plans and project specifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues with equipment

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also have to work extended hours or weekends depending on project deadlines.
