Body Repair Master

A leading automotive repair shop in Nairobi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to vehicle body panels
- Estimating repair costs and creating repair plans
- Removing damaged body panels and replacing with new ones
- Welding, sanding, and smoothing body panels
- Applying fillers, primers, and paint to achieve a seamless finish
- Inspecting completed repairs for quality assurance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical strength and endurance for manual work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
