Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and other commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Porto.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand the requirements and objectives for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress during construction
- Oversee the work of junior architects and drafters
- Review project budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
