Crane Operator - Ufa, Russia



We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and control cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials such as steel beams, concrete blocks, and machinery
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
- Communicate with team members on the ground using hand signals or radio equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Keep detailed records of daily activities including the materials lifted and their location
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or issues that may arise during operation

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating cranes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operation
- Good communication skills
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends

Compensation:
