Crane Operator


A well-established construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the crane in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Inspect the crane before and after each shift, reporting any malfunctions or damage
- Ensure proper set-up and rigging of the crane for each lift
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including lifts, maintenance, and inspections
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes on construction sites
- Valid biometric passport (for non-Russian citizens)
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English or Russian
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with different types of cranes is an asset
- Safety-conscious mindset
