Formwork Expert


We are seeking a skilled Formwork Expert to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Formwork Expert, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures to support concrete pouring on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape formwork materials such as plywood, lumber, and steel
- Assemble formwork structures according to specifications, ensuring stability and alignment
- Install and anchor formwork to concrete foundations or structures
- Pour concrete into formwork structures using appropriate techniques and tools
- Inspect formwork for defects or damages and make repairs when necessary
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of various formwork materials and their uses
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or damages in formwork structures
- Safety-conscious mindset with a strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian nationals. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. However, visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
