Warehouse Worker (Canadian/Nepali Preferred) in Mombasa


We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Mombasa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for keeping track of inventory, organizing and maintaining the warehouse space, and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and is suitable for men without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, store and distribute materials, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse
- Perform inventory control by keeping accurate records of all materials going in and out of the warehouse
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Organize warehouse space to optimize workflow and ensure efficient use of space
- Prepare orders for delivery by pulling items from shelves according to pick tickets or invoices
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset
- Basic math skills to count accurately when receiving or fulfilling orders
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying for extended periods of time. The warehouse may be hot or cold depending on weather conditions. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
