Facade Technician

We are searching for a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Gujrat. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. You will need a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as experience working with tools and equipment. This is a contract position with salary of 1800$ per month and accommodation provided. Candidates must have prior experience in the field and must possess their own visa to work in Gujrat. This position is open to all genders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install exterior building facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with facades
- Collaborate with other team members on facade projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with building facades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with tools such as saws, drills, and scaffolding equipment
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if required
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on high-rise buildings or commercial properties
- Knowledge of different facade systems such as glass, metal, or stone cladding
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to building facades
