Senior Commercial Architect


As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Gujrat. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is executed accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with engineers to ensure that all structural elements are incorporated into the design
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits:
