Part-time Typesetter

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Typesetter to join our team in Karachi on a part-time basis. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print materials such as books, magazines, and newspapers. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using typesetting software. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in typesetting and must be able to work without accommodation and with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications
- Proofread for spelling, grammar, and layout errors
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and production team to meet deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in typesetting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Willingness to work part-time hours
- Valid visa sponsorship

Salary: $1500 per month (part-time)

Location: Karachi (local candidates preferred)
