Urgent Construction Manager in Chelyabinsk


We are urgently hiring a Construction Manager for our construction project in Chelyabinsk. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction project
- Create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other construction workers
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
