Construction Manager - Chelyabinsk



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review project progress reports and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor quality control to ensure high standards are met
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and industry regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in Pakistan or Kenya. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
