Personal Trainer

A reputable fitness center in Acre is seeking a skilled and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for our clients. Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, abilities, and any limitations
- Create personalized fitness plans tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Provide one-on-one training sessions, coaching and motivation to clients
- Demonstrate proper techniques and form for exercises
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Promote services through marketing strategies such as social media or events
- Maintain a clean and organized training area
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and best practices in personal training

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from an accredited organization
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create personalized fitness plans based on individual needs and goals
- In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and human anatomy
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to motivate others to reach their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
