Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
