Sales Representative

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Manama. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite tools (e.g. Sheets, Slides)
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Experience working in the sales field is preferred but not required

Salary: $1500/month (tax-free)
