Typesetter for Print and Digital Publications in Utena

Our publishing company is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Utena. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for both print and digital publications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to design specifications for print and digital publications
- Ensure all content is accurately aligned, sized, and formatted
- Proofread text to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the typesetting process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in typesetting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Time management skills to meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with both print and digital publications
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web-based projects
