Network and Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. As an Egyptian national with excellent English language skills, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing our company's computer network systems. This includes implementing security measures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all network components.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing appropriate measures
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus software
- Conduct regular backups of data and perform disaster recovery procedures when necessary
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed
- Provide technical support to employees for any network-related problems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to recommend improvements for the company's network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and hardware (e.g. routers, switches)
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix
- Familiarity with various security protocols (e.g. VPNs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1700$ per month

Note: This position is open to candidates who currently possess their own visa in the United States. It is also an urgent position, so immediate availability is preferred.
