Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in Mombasa


We are hiring a skilled and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be in charge of building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting our hotel to potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Indian nationals with English proficiency and a biometric passport are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profit
- Promote the hotel's services, facilities, and special offers to potential customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Proven work experience in hotel sales or related field preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on performance.
