African Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic African Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in the region. This is a commission-based position with a starting salary of $1200, plus the opportunity for bonuses and incentives.

Requirements:
- Must be an African national with the ability to communicate fluently in English
- No prior experience required, but sales experience is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Eldoret and work on-site
- Accommodation and transportation will be provided
- Free visa and ticket will also be provided for successful candidates
- This is an urgent position, so candidates must be able to start immediately

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the designated region
- Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products' features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with clients
- Meet sales targets set by the company on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
