Puncher - Construction Worker

Our construction company in Eldoret is seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and have experience in construction or manual labor. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, suitable for male candidates of Indian nationality. No English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Using hand tools to punch holes in various building materials such as wood, metal, and concrete
- Measuring and marking the location of holes according to blueprints or instructions
- Operating machinery to punch larger or more precise holes
- Assisting other construction workers with tasks such as lifting and moving materials
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing protective gear

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
