We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various wooden structures and fixtures. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about carpentry and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or marking gauges
- Cut, shape and smooth wood using hand tools and power tools
- Assemble wooden components with glue, screws or nails to form structures
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged wooden structures or fixtures
- Follow safety procedures while working with sharp tools and heavy equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Experience with hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, planers etc.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
