Head Chef


We are searching for an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our team in Manama. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that reflect our restaurant's vision and concept
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and special event menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with other departments within the restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
