Carpenter - Lom, Malaysia



As a Carpenter at our construction company in Lom, Malaysia, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and installing wooden structures and fixtures. You will work on various projects such as building frameworks, walls, roofs and decks. We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with experience in both rough and finish carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets and floors
- Repair or replace damaged wooden structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project specifications
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Good physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa or valid work permit in Malaysia is preferred
